Assist with M&A and Financial transactions. Provide Hands on legal advice regarding all legal matter effecting the company. Work with business counterparts, identify legal risks and issues raised in contractual pursuits and on-going programs and develop solutions as appropriate. Develop the preparation, negotiation, and administration of commercial agreements. Assist in implementation of international corporate entity information and management process. Assist in supporting defense and/or prosecution of company litigation.
