Provide hands-on legal advice regarding all IP matters affecting the company. Assist in management and expansion of the company’s intellectual property portfolio. Work with business counterparts, identify legal risks and issues raised in contractual pursuits and on-going programs and develop solutions as appropriate. Assist in supporting defense and/or prosecution of company litigation. Support governance and corporate recordkeeping requirements.
