Transactional attorney needed for broad variety of substantive, complex commercial contracts. Must be able to independently draft, edit, review and negotiate agreements for organization and ensure that the agreements are in compliance with organizational policies and applicable legal requirements. Identify legal risks and issues raised in contractual pursuits and on-going contractual obligations and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with legal issues involving licensing, technology, marketing and fulfillment/procurement. International law experience is a plus.
