This position will be part of the Legal Department and will report to the Senior Vice President, Employment & Benefits Law and will closely interface with members of the Human Resources and Corporate Benefits teams. The attorney filling this position will have general experience handling benefits matters, knowledge of US employment laws and a working understanding of issues specific to independent contractor relationships. This position requires the skill, knowledge and judgment to interact effectively with senior management of the Company on many novel issues that may significantly impact the Company.
