Manages the development and implementation of legal strategies for senior management for the division of the Software business unit. Provides specialized legal expertise in the area of cyber security and acts as a subject matter expert for other business unit attorneys on the Software legal team. Develops and recommends innovative process improvements to effectively address business needs that can be implemented across the Software legal team and across the company in general.
