The purpose of the Attorney is to provide day-to-day legal counsel on a company-wide basis and to work closely with our Human Resources division to ensure complete compliance in our employment practices and mitigate risk. This role will be charged with managing all employment-related litigation, monitoring relevant federal and state rules and regulations, continually updating company employee policies and handbooks, overseeing health and compensation benefit plans and working hand in hand with our human resources department to be a resource for counsel in their day to day operations. The Law Department at the company’s provides legal support for all of our company’s business lines and departments, including to our executive leadership team and sales, supply chain, IT and human resources divisions.
