Responsible for legal and contractual work for both outbound and inbound commercial/ transactional matters and agreements. This includes but not limited to sales, OEMs, maintenance, channel, consulting, software licensing and procurement agreements. Support internal clients (primarily sales teams) and overall day-to-day operations of company. Regularly interact and work with our clients and customers. Work closely and regularly collaborate with all internal departments. Supporting Human Resource department with various matters.
