This position is responsible for advising the Company on matters relating to all facets of commercial and corporate work, and will primarily handle commercial and marketing activities for our consumer packaged brands and retail businesses including the review of purchase and sales contracts, marketing agreements, advertising, marketing programs and labeling material. This position will play a key role in working with the Company’s branded products and will have extensive interaction with the management teams that oversee the branded and retail businesses. Develop strong working relationships with internal clients; learn the business and actively engage with the business teams; and provide solution-driven and practical legal advice.
