The General Counsel reports directly to the CEO and will have experience with Finance, Corporate and Consumer Law. The General Counsel will develop strategy and independently manage major and complex or sensitive projects, legal issues and assist in negotiations. Additionally, he/she will work closely with the Executive Team on consumer credit and consumer finance issues to ensure that the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, and that company policies and procedures are being followed.
