Minimum five (5) years of experience as a practicing attorney at a major law firm and/or as an in-house attorney specializing in litigation and dispute resolution. Experience working with an outsourcing company is a plus. High energy litigator with substantial experience in handling a broad range of cases in a fast paced and hands-on environment. Experience conducting internal investigations and responding to governmental agency requests. Experience responding to document subpoenas and discovery requests, as well as handling all stages of large volume electronic discovery projects.
