The Corporate Counsel will assist in managing the day-to-day legal aspects of SEC reporting and corporate transactions. As a member of the Law Department’s Corporate & Securities practice group, he or she will act as a supporting attorney on M&A and other corporate transactions and assist on day-to-day Securities and Exchange Commission filings, subsidiary matters and corporate governance matters. Attorney should have 3-6 years of experience as a corporate and securities generalist, including experience with SEC registration statements, 1934 Act compliance and reporting, and corporate transactions. Must have experience with SEC filings and corporate governance matters and regulations. Hospitality industry experience not required.
