This position will report to the General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel and will have significant exposure to the Company's management and all functional areas of the Company. In addition to being an experienced individual contributor on legal matters, the Assistant General Counsel must manage firm risk, learn general firm practice in a wide variety of areas, and act as a driver of good business process within the Company. The position duties and responsibilities will expand as understanding of the business and ability to manage business risk is demonstrated.
