Our new Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and managing global client contracts for one or more of the Company’s strategic business units including its CGS (Customer Growth Services) division. The position shall be flexible to encompass other duties within the candidate’s skill set to support the needs of the Legal Department and the Company. As a member of the Contracts Management Group and lead counsel for one or more of the Company’s strategic business units (including CGS), you will provide strategic advice and proactive leadership, managing complex global contract pursuits (in conjunction with sales executives, operations and cross-functional company departments) and bringing contracts through to closure.
