Company is seeking candidates that will provide professional legal counsel to senior management and actively coordinate and guide legal matters with company. Incumbent must be able to analyze the situation; develop the appropriate action plan, including the use of internal or external resources, and have the demonstrated ability to anticipate and guard against legal risks. Review company policies and documents, suggest recommendations and ensure that we are compliant. Support all aspects of M&A activity. This includes due diligence and pre-deal negotiations through to completion.
