Work closely with Human Resources and Senior Management to develop and implement policies and procedures and advise on employment matters affecting the Company. Advise on employment separation matters. Assist with the investigation and litigation of labor/employment disputes. Assist with responses to charges of employment discrimination filed with the EEOC or other state agencies, and with fact-finding investigations, conferences and mediations. Assist with OFCCP compliance, including development of annual Affirmative Action Plans and periodic OFCCP compliance evaluations.
