The Staff Attorney will provide legal advice and support in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to, contracts, employment, and corporate/business law. Have graduated from an accredited law school; Be eligible to practice law in the state of Kansas, or be able to gain admission to the Kansas Bar Association within 6 months of employment; Qualified candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience practicing corporate/business law, with extensive contract law experience; Preferred experience as in-house counsel, private practice firm experience accepted; Oil or chemical industry experience is also preferred. Have strong interpersonal skills, including listening skills, and the ability to form collaborative relationships with clients, internal customers and senior management.
