The Managing Director is responsible for the development and execution of government relations strategies and the day-to-day management of government relations issues at the state, federal, and global levels. Working closely with the company’s executive team and its business leaders, the Managing Director, Government Affairs will assess potential impacts of public policy issues and develop and implement comprehensive strategic and tactical plans to protect and advance the interests of company projects. This position is also responsible for “crisis management” and must respond to quick shifts in regulations, legislation and positions in order to protect and promote company initiatives.
