You will be the primary contact for one or more development teams, advising engineering, product marketing, and operations on a wide variety of matters, including technology development, intellectual property licenses, product liability, and regulatory compliance. You will draft and negotiate complex technology license and development agreements, and other commercial agreements. You will also advise company management on business strategies and policies. This position requires a demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements, advise executive management, and facilitate teamwork. You must have very strong communication and analytical skills, superior business acumen, and the ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
