This position will support company’s search, recommendations and conversation services, metadata licensing and TV licensing businesses. Specifically, the successful candidate will draft and negotiate domestic and international agreements for the licensing, distribution and development of company’s search, recommendations and conversation services, and the licensing of company’s vast metadata catalog, while considering various related legal, business and financial issues. This position will also help support the company’s newly acquired TV business.
