The Associate General Counsel will be responsible for providing guidance, direction and assistance in connection with a wide variety of legal matters to and on behalf of the Company and its subsidiaries, including a myriad of commercial agreements as well as a broad range of health care regulatory matters. Coordinates the Integrity Program and activities related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The position requires a law degree from a top tier law school, and admission to the Maryland State Bar or the ability to waive into the Maryland Bar. A minimum of 5 years practicing experience as an attorney, to include previous experience in a corporate setting or law firm.
