The Senior Counsel is responsible for leading the development of company's intellectual property strategy, ensuring that such strategy is both aligned and integrated into and complements the Company’s overall business strategy with the goal of maximizing competitive advantage. Establishes the evolving Intellectual Property (IP) function as the ‘go-to-resource’ for all matters of IP. Aligns the IP strategies with the Company’s business and strategic plans, including organizing and supporting Patent Review Boards. Provides sound and practically relevant IP advice to the business globally.
