Responsible for the management of the trademark portfolio of all brands under the umbrella of companies. This includes the development / maintenance of a filing strategy given proposed / intended use, trademark clearance, prosecution work, and policing and enforcement efforts. Assist with litigation involving intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark and copyright issues. Responsible for the timely production, review and negotiation of all licensing agreements involving the Company’s intellectual property.
