The Intellectual Property Counsel will work with the corporate legal team that formulates and implements corporate legal policy for a world-class organization and will perform a variety of legal assignments and projects in the area of corporate intellectual property law. The Intellectual Property Attorney will be responsible for consulting and advising management on intellectual property issues, performing clearance searches and opinions, drafting and reviewing legal documents, assist the Deputy Chief Counsel in managing IP litigation, and supervising legal staff. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills. Emphasis will be placed on interpersonal skills and ability to function as a team member.
