The general nature and purpose of the job is to assist our current Director of Dispute Resolution with an ever-mounting litigation workload. The new Director will work with internal and external counsel on a variety of lawsuits, not limited to intellectual property. Serve as an advocate for company in global patent enforcement actions and non-patent litigation. Coordinate with and establish good working relationships with outside counsel.
