Counsels a variety of in-house clients at all levels regarding the legal/business implications of the applicable legal and/or business challenges within the NA Region. Areas of responsibility include: (i) review of commercial contracts in the areas of sales, marketing, and partnerships; (ii) management of commercial litigation of a variety of types such as consumer class actions, franchising, employment misclassification, trademark infringement, and patent litigation; (iii) manage the filing, counsel and enforcement of the Company’s franchising requirements; (iv) assist with acquisitions and divestitures of regional car rental companies and single or multi-locations; (v) legal support to field operations; and (vi) supporting the NA Region’s Leadership Team. The position will report to the Lead Legal Counsel for the NA Region who reports directly to the Company’s General Counsel.
