Oversight of drafting, negotiating customer contracts for healthcare IT, including for software licensing, SAAS solutions, and related and other services. Involved in drafting, reviewing, negotiating vendor and strategic partner agreements, including reseller arrangements, technology and product development, licensing, and services. Involved in transactional matters (including M&A), including strategy, contract drafting/review/negotiation, diligence. Work with Director of Compliance/other personnel regarding privacy (HIPAA and applicable state laws) and other compliance matters. HIPAA compliance experience preferred.
