Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various standard and non-standard contracts and related documents in support of business needs and initiatives including client services agreements (Master Services Agreement and SaaS agreements), NDA’s, vendor agreements, referral and partnership agreements. Provide general legal guidance and advice with respect to a variety of legal matters and regulatory issues in support of company’s business. Developing and administering policies and procedures to ensure proper management of the contract processes. Working with business leaders as appropriate to prioritize pending contract requests and to maintain internal service levels.
