The US Associate Counsel will provide support to and be a key advisor to the US business unit/site management on country specific legal matters. In addition s/he will provide support on US corporate and financing matters. The US Associate Counsel is expected to exercise strong business judgement and provide legal expertise primarily to the US-based businesses but within the context of a global international company. The US Associate Counsel will report to the US Chief Counsel but will also work with the Group General Counsel, other members of the international legal team and members of the executive committee and senior management.
