This position is responsible for legal matters pertaining to construction, real property, compliance, and securities with an emphasis on review and negotiation of transactional matters in order to maximize company's return while minimizing exposure to risk. Analyze, summarize and revise complicated legal documents including construction and real estate contracts to ensure terms and conditions are consistent with company’s risk policies. Analyze and determine application of federal and state statutes, laws, rules, and regulations to ensure that company transactions and documents are in compliance.
