Responsible for the provision of legal advice and counsel to business leaders on a wide variety of business, operational and clinical matters, ensuring a strategy and vision for these services that support the company Strategic Plan. Responsible for contracts creation, including but not limited to, development and negotiation of contracts, letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, leases and other transaction documents with other hospitals, medical groups, vendors, physicians, and other business partners. Also includes the formation/ dissolution of corporations, partnerships, corporate, commercial and business transactions, and loan and financing transactions.
