As a Senior Attorney performing the role of Assistant Corporate Secretary, the successful candidate will assist the General Counsel/Corporate Secretary by providing legal advice and day to day management support for the following functions: Managing all corporate governance and Board, committee and shareholder meetings. Advising and training the Board on its roles and responsibilities and facilitating the orientation of new Directors. Maintaining key corporate documents and records. Ensuring best practices in corporate governance, disclosure, SEC reporting and compliance with state corporation laws.
