Company is looking to hire a qualified individual for its General Counsel (“GC”) position. GC will become the primary legal counsel for company and play an integral part in strategy to leverage its global platform and strengthen the company’s global presence. In this role, GC will provide a full range of legal services as well as liaise with external counsel where appropriate. GC will take a hands-on approach in managing and leading on legal initiatives and providing ongoing support directly to internal teams on transactional and regulatory issues.
