The VP, Deputy General Counsel’s responsibilities will include: With the General Counsel and other members of the legal department, counseling on strategic and major business initiatives and decisions of importance to the Company and, as appropriate, contributing to the corporate strategy planning process. Primary responsibility will be for regulatory functions within the company, to include: Regulatory compliance at state and federal levels with emphasis on SEC and FCC requirements. Perform regulatory due diligence and obtain needed regulatory approvals to support mergers and acquisitions. Maintain regulatory compliance for assets in operation.
