The successful candidate will join our Company’s Legal Department to assist with a wide variety of legal matters including assistance to international subsidiaries on all aspects of operations; contract negotiation and drafting; corporate matters; logistics and customs. Extensive research and regulatory monitoring will be part of this position’s duties. To qualify, you must have 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the identified areas either at a corporation or law firm, and be willing to assist with any other legal matters that may arise. Demonstrated superior writing and research skills are essential.
