Executive responsible for all legal matters; works closely with rest of executive team to evaluate, assess and respond to legal matters. Responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance regarding company's activities to promote maximum protection of the legal rights of the organization and to maintain operations within the limits prescribed by law. Acts as a liaison with outside counsel and monitors performance of same. Upon request, prepares or reviews proposed contracts, leases, other legal instruments, policies and procedures.
