The successful candidate for this Associate Principle Counsel (“APC”) position will provide broad new media and digital technology support across company, and will advise several of business lines which may include interactive and game apps teams, financial products, connected experience products, and business development and licensing. In this capacity, the APC will draft and negotiate agreements related to creating and distributing social and mobile apps, online experiences, advertisement agreements, ad network and ad delivery partnerships, online financial transaction agreements, and the procurement and management of related technology and services. The position will also advise on issues related to privacy and marketing within new media products and experiences.
