Company is seeking an experienced and motivated attorney to join its legal team. This position will support sales, marketing and corporate operations, as well as provide general advice and counsel relating to intellectual property, advertising, brand strategy and consumer protection. This position will primarily support Company’s Sales and Marketing Department. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial transactions (e.g., marketing and promotional agreements) and providing legal and compliance advice and risk assessments on a full range of online marketing, advertising, ad network, consumer protection, sales and sponsorship issues (e.g., sweepstakes, contests, & promotional campaigns).
