Responsible for protecting the organization’s legal interest and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law. Responsible for Commercial Contract Advice and Consent, Managing Outside Legal Councils Activities, Tracking and Managing Litigation, Corporate Secretarial Functions and Lead Member of Company’s Office of Ethics. Provides hands-on counsel to all levels of executive staff and manages the daily operations of the legal department. Works with Executives, Board of Directors and Senior Leadership to develop and implement the Company’s Annual Operating Plan.
