Support company's corporate development group with respect to domestic and international mergers & acquisitions and disposition transactions. Ability to draft and negotiate all customary acquisition or disposition agreements, as well as ancillary agreements, required. Responsible for engaging and supervising outside counsel as appropriate, especially with respect to international transactions.
