We are seeking a General Counsel who reporting to the CEO and president will be the top legal executive managing all legal affairs for the Company, with the objective of protecting the organization's interests and providing assistance to executive staff and managers concerning how laws and regulations impact the organization. The General Counsel is responsible for overseeing all legal work; including client and vendor contracts, leases, compliance, litigation; and the delegation of such work to associate general counsel and paralegal, or to outside counsel if matters require special expertise.
