This position would manage our business relationship with our locations, domestic and international, with management roles and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: lease negotiations, concessions management, property management, facility planning & design, project & construction management, relationships with local airport authorities and governmental affairs, supervision of all directly reporting employees, responsibility for departmental budgeting and financial accountability, and inter-departmental coordination on issues. The role has primary responsibility over (1) Airport Affairs and (2) Design and Construction.
