The Assistant Counsel will provide a broad range of legal services to support trade relations activities around the world in a number of different channels of distribution (including digital) and company's Global Anti-Bribery & Corruption Compliance Program. The Assistant Counsel will provide a broad range of legal services to support the business units responsible for company’s trade relations and Global Anti-Bribery & Corruption Compliance Program, including: Negotiating and drafting various types of commercial agreements, including brick and mortar retail, e-commerce, direct television, distribution, supply and license and store construction agreements. Providing advice and counsel on issues relating to retail operations, competition, antitrust, bankruptcy, gift card/loyalty/rewards programs, and other general corporate and regulatory issues.
