Provides legal counsel and support regarding highly complex state and federal health care and insurance laws and regulations and works closely with regional, corporate and departmental leadership in achieving the company’s business objectives in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing the business. The ideal candidate must understand the law and how it relates to the businesses, have a collaborative approach to problem-solving and provide solution-based advice. Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills are a must. Must effectively develop and manage relationships with business clients and business partners.
