Oversight and management of 15+ team of managing attorneys, staff attorneys, paralegals and staff responsible for the company’s global legal functions in the areas of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks and brand protection, litigation and disputes, employment and product compliance. Responsible for overall legal strategy, direction, initiatives and risk management for these core legal functions. Manages global outside counsel relationships and budgets. Directs strategy, case management and resolution of complex litigation and disputes and IP portfolio management.
