Company is seeking an experienced, talented and flexible Legal Affairs Counsel with a strong background in social media, intellectual-property and international commercial contracting – preferably in the media/technology industry. This first and sole in-house lawyer will work within a fast-paced, startup environment. Responsibility for all legal matters arising in the company, including but not limited to structuring, drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound content licenses, distribution and other commercial agreements to support the day-to-to operations of the business.
