The successful candidate will provide legal support for the Deputy General Counsel & Secretary and the Senior Counsel – Securities and Corporate Governance on securities law, corporate governance and other general corporate matters within in-house legal department. Drafts, reviews, and provides advice regarding securities law disclosure/compliance for Annual Reports on Form 10-K, Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Current Reports on Form 8-K, Annual Reports on Form 11-K, proxy statements and registration statements. Provides securities law advice and compliance guidance for earnings releases, investor updates and management presentations. Advises finance, investor relations, treasury and legal functions on securities law matters.
