Reporting to the General Counsel the AGC represents company with respect to all pending and potential litigation or other dispute resolution matters, including all aspects of discover and e-discovery, data gathering and case management. Associate General Counsel also represents the company in negotiating and drafting of commercial agreements. The position requires a general background in a wide range of litigation matters, binding arbitration as well as a general background in corporate law, commercial transactions, and intellectual property.
