This position provides legal compliance & support throughout the company, ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations, contractual arrangements and risk management, supports the company’s business operating activities. This is a newly-created position due to the company’s strong growth and expansion, and will report directly to the CFO. Review, draft, and negotiate in conjunction with the CFO a wide range of agreements and corporate contracts such as Distribution Agreements, Software Agreements, Supply Agreements, Leases, and other real estate transactions.
