This Senior Manager, Senior Counsel will be responsible for executing on a broad range of transactions. Representative responsibilities include: Managing, including drafting and negotiating, a wide range of commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, including conducting due diligence assessments in connection with mergers & acquisitions and other support for merger & acquisition transactions; procurement and outsourcing contracts; business line partnerships; marketing alliances and other business agreements; and asset and portfolio sales and acquisitions. Counseling and advising client groups, including providing legal advice on complex legal issues.
