The Labor and Employment Attorney is responsible for providing advice and guidance on a wide variety of employment, labor, and human resources issues that arise from the day-to-day operations of a growing, global, technology company. This position will also be responsible for managing employment-related disputes and litigation, if any, worldwide. The attorney will work closely with management and will supervise outside counsel. While this position calls for a substantial amount of independence, the successful candidate will operate as part of a close-knit team of supportive, open, friendly lawyers, paralegals, and other professionals.
